Randox is welcoming applications for the position of Technical Sales Specialist. This will be a varied role involving the provision of technical support to existing Randox customers in a timely manner as well as developing new business across Sydney. Travel to customer sites will be required for conducting installations and demonstrations, training of customer staff and troubleshooting. Based in Sydney the position will involve regular Travel throughout the territory.


 


The Role:



  • Conducting regular customer visits to increase sales and opportunities

  • Building up in-depth Technical knowledge of Randox products and competitor products

  • Answering and solving Technical Enquiries from customers in Slovakia

  • Identifying new market opportunities and increasing sales in these areasHandling customer queries in a timely and efficient manner with a high sales closing rate

Your Profile:



  • Bachelor level qualification or higher in a Science related discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences etc.) due to the technical nature of the role.Experience working in a laboratory environment or in medical diagnostics sales is desirable

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of business acumen.  

  • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and potential customers.

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent communication.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
