Senior Business Development Manager (Job Ref: 17/TXSB)


Randox Toxicology is currently seeking to hire an experienced, target driven individual in the position of Senior Business Development Manager. Based at the company HQ in Co. Antrim, the successful applicant will manage and mentor a team of sales/business development staff globally.


This will be an excellent opportunity for the right person to take the next step in their selling/management career and will involve regular and international travel.


The Role:



  • Managing a team of sales/business development staff based in the UK and internationally

  • Conducting regular customer visits to increase sales

  • Building up in-depth knowledge of Randox and competitor products

  • Identifying new market opportunities and increasing sales

  • Handle customer queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Attending conferences and trade shows as required


Your Profile:



  • Proven track record in sales and team management

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Science or Business related discipline

  • Ability to build a rapport and sales team in a short timeframe

  • A positive attitude with the drive and work ethic to meet targets whilst enhancing the customer experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • A willingness to travel extensively on an international basis

  • The drive and ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
