Randox has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking individual with great attention to detail to join our team at Randox Science Park. As an Archivist, you will be providing a high-quality archive service to ensure existing records are preserved and additional materials are acquired for archiving.

The Role:

  • Ownership of entire archiving process

  • Management and catalogue records

  • Improving current archiving processes

  • Manage the archiving process including the destruction of documents

  • Cataloguing, classification & indexing of all archived documents

  • Assisting with the retrieval and storage requests of archive documents

The Candidate:

  • Ideally previous experience with archiving within a professional services environment

  • GDPR knowledge

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language

  • Pro-active and have the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

  • Positive and appropriate professional attitude when engaging with employees

  • Good computer skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
