We require a highly motivated and customer orientated individual to join our customer support division. The role covers multiple aspects of customer support with the overall aim to provide an excellent level of customer care and, ultimately, increase global sales.


The Role


  • Build and manage customer relationships

  • Gather customer data and log appropriately in CRM system

  • Understand and anticipate customers’ existing and future needs in depth and communicate this effectively within the organization

  • Resolve all customer issues effectively

  • Utilise all resources within the wider company to develop and strengthen customer relationships

  • Manage communication with individual customers ensuring all opportunities are being exploited

  • Interdepartmental communication including R&D, manufacturing, sales, Customer Support and logistics.


Required Skills and Experience


  • Educated to, at least, Bachelor level in a Business or Science related discipline

  • Experience in a customer service setting

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

  • High degree of product and technical knowledge

  • Business development

  • Ability to quickly establish a rapport/relationship with customers

  • Excellent communication skills
