Finance Administrator (19N/FAMM)

We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to work within our busy Finance department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to start a career in Finance. This is a full-time permanent position based at our HQ in Crumlin.


Supporting the Finance Officer, this Finance Administrator will be responsible for:


  • Processing invoices on SAP

  • Deal with staff expenses and floats

  • End of month bank reconciliations

  • Run monthly customer statements and debtor reports

  • Dealing with numerous international suppliers

  • Credit control duties for some international offices

  • Assisting the finance team to prepare documents for the Auditors


Desired Skills and Experience


  • Qualified to at least GCSE level including Maths (Grade A-C)

  • Possess good organisational skills

  • Be a methodical worker with good attention to detail

  • Experience in using SAP would be beneficial

  • Dedicated with a good work ethos
