We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to work within our busy Finance department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to start a career in Finance. This is a full-time permanent position based at our HQ in Crumlin.


Supporting the Credit Control Supervisor, this Finance Administrator will be responsible for:


  • Issuing invoices

  • Customer calls for payments/debit collection

  • Customer statements

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Handling customer queries

  • General finance administration

  • Liaising with logistics and sales teams concerning shipments and orders

  • Dealing with bank regarding export documentation


Desired Skills and Experience


  • Qualified to at least GCSE level including Maths (Grade A-C)

  • Strong organisation and communication skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Be a methodical worker with good attention to detail

  • Proactive and excel under pressure

  • Dedicated with a good work ethos

  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages
